| | | | Irena Dankova |  | She graduates at the L. Pipkov National Music School with a viola major (1985) and at the P. Vladiguerov State Music Academy, Sofia (1990) with a Master’s Degree in Music Theory. Until 1994 she performs pedagogic activity and since the establishment of the Classic FM Radio she has been a speaker and author of the programmes “Music Room”, “Rennaisance” and “World Stages”. She has worked at Channel 1 of the Bulgarian National Television (1999- 2002) as a screenwriter and speaker of the “Beethoven’s Quartets” series as part of the Sunday Noon Concert Programme and as co-author of the film “Vasko Abadzhiev”. As a part of the Classic FM team and the Concerts and Festivals Department she prepares and organises the First Genadiy Rozhdestvensky International Conductors’ Competition (10 - 16 May 2006) organised within the European Music Festival. Since 2006 she has been an inspector with the Classic FM M-Tel Orchestra. He is a member of the Union of the Journalists in Bulgaria.
